She stayed calm, didn't make us feel bad for being last-minute, and got us the perfect van sorted out.And then, she saved us again. I had that awful 'oh no' moment halfway through the day when I realised there was no way we'd get it all done. I was dreading making the call, thinking it would be a complicated nightmare to extend the hire. But Marie was just amazing about it.
