A few days ago, I was unable to rent a vehicle from my originally planned rental company, so I came to PSD instead. I was very lucky to be assisted by Keegan Dixon, who was extremely helpful and attentive. Thanks to his efforts, I was able … More to successfully rent a vehicle and complete my house move. I’m truly grateful for his support. When returning the vehicle today, Vicky was also very kind and helpful, making the return process smooth and stress-free.Overall, it was a great experience. The vehicle was new and clean, and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely choose PSD again in the future and highly recommend them to others.

I went today without a booking for someone to check my tyre and possibly replacement. There wasn’t anyone spare immediately but they said please wait 5 mins and they will get someone. I’ve been a couple of times and everytime very welcoming … More and helpful… keep up the A1 service…

Amazing service. They dug me out of a hole last weeek by finding me a car to rent with only a few minutes notice. The car itself was spotless, excellently maintained and in perfect condition. The girl on the desk also went above and … More beyond by processing my return a couple of days early but after their usual cut off for the day.

The whole process was easy from start to finish. I went to the office in St Helens, enquired about the vans was sent an email to be able to reply to with 2 different proofs of address within the last 3 months. I was served by Marie and … More she was a scream to chat with, she also the checkout and check in at the end of the rental. So easy to do.

Thank you Marie. On returning the … More vehicle we were dealt with by Edward, again, very professional/pleasant. Thank you Edward. I would recommend this company 100% without hesitation.
