We’re excited to announce that Jason Downes has joined PSD as our new Service & Maintenance Manager – a key move in driving our commitment to keeping customers firmly on the GO.
With over 15 years’ experience in automotive and fleet management, Jason has earned a reputation for delivering high-performance service in high-pressure environments. From technical service leadership to workshop management and compliance control, he’s driven results across some of the industry’s top rental operations.
Jason has a proven track record of taking service operations up a gear – leading multi-site teams, streamlining maintenance strategies, and embedding gold-standard compliance frameworks.
At PSD, Jason will be steering our service and maintenance function, working closely with our workshop and customer service teams to ensure our fleet stays road-ready and reliable. His arrival shifts our maintenance support into a higher gear – strengthening internal alignment, boosting consistency, and raising the bar across the board.
More than anything, Jason’s role is about keeping our customers moving. By improving vehicle uptime and minimising disruption, he’ll play a vital role in delivering the reliable, responsive support that helps businesses stay on the GO.
