I would 100% recommend PSD I needed a van at very short notice Saturday morning at 11:30am I tried PSD knowing that they shut at 12 and I only had 30 minutes to hire one. I arrived at their address totally unprepared and not very optimistic … More 15 mins before closing. I was greeted by a young gentleman called Tom who went above and beyond to help me in the most professional manner. I’m a complete technophobe who doesn’t know how to use banking apps, utilities apps or even send an email. Tom talked me through each and every app and step of the way with the patients of a saint helping me to make sure I had all the information he needed. He then grabbed keys to a fantastic 2024 Ford transit van, showed me round, took some signatures and I was on my way. He didn’t once look at his watch.
